Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipment

1. In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 business hours after payment is completed. Pre-order items follow the delivery schedule shown on product listings; shipping may delay 1–3 business days on holidays and big promotion dates.
2. Daily courier pickup has a fixed cut-off time. Orders placed after cutoff will be shipped the next working day.
3. Address and contact changes must be requested to customer service before shipment; no edits are available once packages are collected by logistics carriers.

2. Delivery Timeline

1. Local domestic areas: 1–3 business days; general cross-country areas: 3–6 business days; remote areas including Xinjiang, Xizang, Qinghai and Inner Mongolia: 7–15 business days.
2. All delivery times are estimated only. Delays caused by bad weather, transit congestion or local courier outages are not eligible for compensation.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

1. Free standard shipping is offered when order subtotal meets store free-shipping minimum. Extra overweight or oversized fees will auto-calculate at checkout.
2. Orders below free shipping threshold pay delivery fees calculated by destination and package weight.
3. Buyer-initiated refusal or returns result in return shipping costs fully borne by customers.

4. Receiving & After-sales

1. Check package condition and item quantity before signing. Take photos and refuse delivery for damaged/missing goods, then contact support for replacement or full refund.
2. Damage claims after signed receipt cannot be confirmed as logistics liability and need mutual negotiation for resolution.
3. For stuck tracking or confirmed lost parcels, we will file claims with couriers; reshipment or full refund will be issued after loss confirmation.

5. Special Terms

1. Liquids and restricted products may be undeliverable to some regions per courier security rules; we will contact buyers to adjust shipping or cancel orders.
2. Force majeure such as natural disasters and traffic restrictions suspending shipments allow customers to hold orders for later dispatch or apply full refunds.
